@jabgoe2089 For obvious reasons. One sells 50.000.000 devices every three months. The other sells 20.000 in 12 months.

@Søren Ladegaard so they should stop because apple sells more? or people should stop buying this because apple sells more? when i buy a phone by apple, will it be apple-free? or google-free?

@jabgoe2089 That's not what I am saying.

I use /e/os myself on a Fairphone. And Linux on my laptop.

But for eg. the Danish government to create apps for a third system they need a user base bigger than 0.1%. That's all I am saying. And I wonder when - if ever - /e/os or Sailfish will reach that level?
