This process is turning out to be taking longer than usual. The person/bot doing the testing says it failed certification because it cannot find one of the files in the local working directory required to run.
Unfortunately they don't divulge their 'testing' process, it is either a pass/fail situation.
I've reached out to their support for more assistance but this could take days.
Ironic thing, I use the Windows App Cert Kit as suggested and it passes, so again the person/bot or perhaps the packaging of the appxupload msix submission file modifies these files and perhaps puts a different signature on them?
I'm at a loss until I get further support. I can unpackage the appxupload file with 7zip, and I run what was submitted without issue.
Looks like I'm going to have to make some VMs.
