@SockDiva is getting grief from her employer for wearing a #beanie on her head in #Winter while working from home.

She’s been told it’s against the company dress code & she shouldn’t abuse her working from home privileges.

She has no face to face with customers & is only seen by her employers during video meetings.

I’ve told her it’s within her #OccupationalHealthAndSafety rights to wear warm headgear in Winter. Fuck ‘em!

She’s working, she’s at home - she can wear what what she likes if she’s not face to face with customers.
Sounds to me they’re trying to create a problem with working from home. Would they prefer she didn’t work from home? They can’t dictate this surely.

Putting on my old OH&S officer, Union Rep caps - they are just being arseholes.

They tried to sack her when she first needed surgery, saying she wasn’t able to work.

Yep. Arseholes. With the new surgery coming up in July, I think they are trying to push her out again.
