It hasn't had a tagged release yet.

I currently use Gnome Secrets on my desktop, which is Keypass-compatible and
does not use LLMs in development. However, it has fewer features than KeepassXC/Chipass, and I don't like the UI as much.

On Android, unfortunately KeepassDX does allow LLM code.
