The shocking thing about the current #heatwave & general climatic/weather clusterfuck isn't that it's smashing records.

It's that it's smashing records by huge margins, much more rapidly than anticipated.

For me that spells #collapse. What does it tell you?

Momentum. It’s not on our side. However, what is on our side is the fragility of the fossil fuel supply system and the fact that it is the most expensive energy (next to nuclear — another thermal generator that is also catistrophically dangerous ).

People succome to misinformation about climate change, but they are usualy pretty good at realizing what is less expensive.
