For the first time in the history of Herat, the comprehensive master plan for the city has been approved.
Following nearly two years of specialized studies, field assessments, and technical feasibility investigations, the comprehensive master plan for the city has been completed and approved by the esteemed office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
