Under the existing framework, the highest property tier (Band H) pays only three times the tax of the lowest tier (Band A), despite Band H properties being worth at least 𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 more in 1991 - and often over 𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 more in today’s market.
