Nazo@me_valentijn @ai6yr Actually, that's not quite 100% true. It can also be just... given away. As has already been proven once with a completely BS settlement. And that's all it really takes for the first amendment to basically end anyway: everyone to just give up their rights... Whether courts would uphold it or not kind of doesn't matter then. (Though with the regime replacing so many judges with loyalists, existing laws *ARE* in grave danger anyway.)
