@wav3ydave I missed the worst of the storm due to a delayed train, but I’ve just been watching the videos on Reddit. Looked apocalyptic. So much flooding on roads when I got into the city.

@DBailey635 The storm hit us in #Oxford a couple of hours ago. The lights flickered a bit which had me worried. Once it had passed over I watched a spectacular lightning show that went on for nearly half an hour.
