I would love an #RSS reader that shows the content on the actual website, not the plaintext RSS feed version of the content (unless the RSS content is actually the primary content). Does something like that already exist?

@tonymottaz The @NetNewsWire is almost there with their “Reader View” which fetches the content, but yeah, it presents it without the site’s CSS etc.

I would also love a reader that would display a web view with the post in its intended design; maybe even with an ability to add custom overrides to any blog, like to hide the sidebars etc. if their page is not responsive enough etc.

@tonymottaz This is a pretty common feature, or at least it was last time I was hopping between readers. I currently use FeedFlow on Android which I’ve configured to open sites in an in-app browser.

@tonymottaz Reeder does this with some configuration, and it’s one of the main reasons it’s my go-to feed reader
