Wildbird'Beschirmt', 'shaded' and 'sheltered' in the old ramparts in Rougemont Gardens which were originally part of the defences of Exeter Castle.
Its one of my favourite places, with the old Roman city wall running alongside the ditches of William the Conqueror’s Castle and so many beautiful old trees.
