Every comic we publish takes a lot of steps, from the initial scraggly idea to the final post. There's the sketching, the inking, the coloring, the writing, the rewriting, the "is this even funny?" crisis at 2 AM, and the sacred final click on the ol' publish button on our tried and true website.

Dave Barry once explained in one of his books or columns that dogs howl at the moon because they cannot pee on it. This makes sense to me, as the custodian of two dogs.
