Replaced the snapped cotton spinning wheel drive band with a nylon one and gave the joints a good oil. It’s running beautifully now.

Had to test on one of the advent fibers from Golden Fleece Studio … Starry Night - merino, eri silk, firestar (sparkle!) and bamboo. Very soft and silky.

Plan to spin the rest of last Christmas advent fibers in #TourDeFleece in July.
