This is exactly what I was trying to solve for myself first: somewhere calm and personal for photos that does not feel like social media, cloud storage, or a portfolio.

@bubbles I love the idea. But photos take space. A lot of space. So without a clear pricing/business strategy I'd be wary to trust this can survive in the long run.

Very fair concern, and one I think about a lot.

Photos are expensive, so Moments has to be sustainable. My plan is to keep a basic free tier, then maybe charge later for extras like custom domains, analytics, or more storage.

Full export already exists too. I never want Moments to feel like a trap.

I want to be transparent about pricing before anything changes. Rough idea is a basic free tier, then paid extras later for custom domains, analytics, or more storage.

And yes, export felt important from day one :)
