Where do y'all #australians buy #masa? I got a little bag from the IGA to make fresh tortillas. Now I'm addicted to fresh corn tortillas but these little bags aren't very economical, and I don't like the plastic packaging.

Woolies sell polenta, which isn't the same, apparently.

@tj In a real pinch, you can find online instructions to nixtamalize the polenta, thus basically turning it into masa. It's not ideal as this should be done before the corn is ground, and it's an extra step, but it is a possibility.
