Where do y'all #australians buy #masa? I got a little bag from the IGA to make fresh tortillas. Now I'm addicted to fresh corn tortillas but these little bags aren't very economical, and I don't like the plastic packaging.
Woolies sell polenta, which isn't the same, apparently.
BTW try to find a product called MASECA, it's definitely a top product (better than red mill) and I am sure you can find it in Australia.
It's the product that delivers. Recommended if it's fresh, buy it if you find it.
Strange they only carry the blue corn variety of Maseca and not the yellow one. Maybe they have trouble allocating some for import. But the blue corn flour will not disappoint.
