@broadwaybabyto let's imagine that Doge turns out to have been a felonious conspiracy that led to multiple deaths. Would this mean that the Doge bros committed felony murder? Or did I just watch too much Law and Order?

The conspiracy and the led to multiple deaths part are obvious - that only things that are in question are what felonies, if any, were committed; and my legal theory is ridiculous.

No way the Federal death penalty would ever be applied to so much as a millionaire without their first being a revolution though.
