I just downloaded Vivaldi on Android, went to YouTube, and it doesn't block YouTube ads.

How disappointing

@jikomayo It has been a fight for a while. It used to block them. Then YT blocked people using #Vivaldi from accessing some videos. Now it seems like the blocking only works occasionally.

Vivaldi might not have a huge market share, but YT seems determined to make it hard for it to block ads.

@jikomayo It blocks most of the time. When it doesn't, I quickly refresh the page, and the video plays as normal. Honestly a tolerable compromise for me.
