Couldn't make it to the trail this morning.
We had one of those nights with lots of awake happening.
Summer understands that today is a stay home day and she is going into full cuddle lovey dovey mode being a comfort to her pal. Summer's dedication really frees me to get all of the other important stuff done around here. I know that my husband is literally never alone. Even from the next room I can hear them and you can't miss the sincere devotion in my husband's voice. I'm sure Summer soaks up all of that love. It is mutual.
They are peas in a pod.
They like to hang out on the sofa to heckle me while I make the coffee and take their breakfast orders.
They say it's all in fun.
Summer says she is sending all her overflow love to her Mastodon friends on this good morning.
