All of this nonsense about getting kids off social media is really just a cover for not legislating the social media companies to make the spaces safe for everyone.

They of course, don't want that as it would affect profits.

Explain again how profits are more important to a society than safe spaces?

Safe spaces exist. We're in one of them right now.

At the moment, X and TikTok and whatnot have no power over any of us except the power we individually choose to give them. Power that we individually can revoke at any time.

So if these people are so damn concerned about the platforms they're using, why aren't they seeking alternatives? Why aren't they moving themselves and their kids to safe spaces like this one on their own? I did. You did. What's their excuse?
