if russia wants to expand the target list to cultural sites (their aim after all is annihilation of ukrainian identity), i say ukraine gets to expand the target list as well

i don't think it should be an eye for an eye, such as bombing st. basil's cathedral, because ukraine has the moral upper hand here

but a target list expansion is warranted
