Hello World!

It's #Finland calling!

Many people are amazed when they come up here in the #North during the #summer - how bright the nights are.

Here in the South coast there's no #MidnightSun - when the Sun doesn't set at all. That happens in the #ArcticCircle and above it.

But it doesn't get dark, either. I filmed this midnight last night. It's as dark as it gets. And then the #Sun rises again 3 hrs later.

The one place I would go if I could travel easier. My (so called brother used to live in Porvoo) and old Porvoo is so lovely I could (if I could) walk there for days

@artomelaranta @magdalenahai And it isn't that easy to walk in here, if one has some difficulty with it; the cobblestones, and all the hills. Would an e-scooter be possible for you? Not that one can get everywhere with one here, either, but to many places anyway. One can rent them here, too, sadly, haha.

I bet I could walk there if I had the meens (money) to travel. Sitting in a train or a car is quite painful
