🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🚍⚡️ Passengers across #Wales will benefit from 30 new #TrawsCymru buses as #Transport for Wales expands its fleet to improve long-distance travel and strengthen links between towns and rural communities. The investment aims to make it easier for people to access jobs, education, healthcare and leisure opportunities, while supporting economic growth.

The new vehicles will help modernise Wales’ bus network, which currently has the oldest fleet in the UK, and support efforts to reduce congestion and carbon emissions. TrawsCymru, launched in 2012, operates 13 routes connecting areas with limited rail services.

Deputy Transport Minister Mark Hooper said the investment would deliver more frequent services, better connectivity, simpler fares and modern, accessible vehicles. Transport for Wales said the buses will provide more comfortable journeys and encourage greater use of public transport.
