Today I rode with the bike club in the Field of Dreams charity sportive from just outside #Ballincolig to #Kinsale and the Old Head, and back (~100 km)

I didn't feel great in the morning (still dealing with some kind of illness), and it was wet and rainy outside. Luckily I had some good companions during the ride and a determination to finish since this was likely my last ride to Kinsale for the foreseeable future (my Ireland assignment is ended in a few weeks).

@mikeinireland proper Irish summer weather in those photos. I marshalled the Wicklow 200, forecast was terrible, but where I was it was warm and dry

@ronanmcd glad you found a warm spot! I wanted to do the Wicklow ride, but it conflicted with FoD and one of our board members is involved with the charity we were supporting.

Probably for the best since I would have struggled to go much further than I did today
