If that's not an option, I don't know how 0.3 works, but I'm using beansprout, which is a dwm-style tiling window manager, and it's pretty cool.
@kaikai oh thanks, i forgot about that! Yes, that seems like it is still actively maintained. I'm a bit worried that in the long term the maintainers will get tired of maintaining essentially two forks, but let's see.
