Erik Play2Learn#smithay is the #rust #wayland library of choice for #compositor creators. Its development is financed via US corp investment and community. I would want to add European institutional investment in one dev position, so we have some local know-how for this critical new tech. Thinking e.g. applying to @sovtechfund and hiring an engineer to fill the role.
Who can help implement? Maybe @fsfeberlin is a good starting point, or @OSBA, @lag_netzpolitik_berlin ?
