Same! I lived in Germany for 5 years and toured all the Death/Concentration camps in the region. I can’t believe we’re back there again.

@Pinchy63 @amalia22 If #Hegseth & #Trump are such fans of the #Nazis, perhaps they'd like to visit a #Holocaust #Museum, & take a look at a few of the exhibits - like a #Nazi #lampshade, for example.

@amalia22 @Pinchy63 I recall my own visit to Yad Vashem in Jerusalem, back in the 1980s. I must have a strong stomach. I've also read Elie Wiesel's account of his time in Auschwitz, Buna & Buchenwald Concentration Camps as a teenager (15), "Night", published by Penguin Books, English translation, 2006.

@rmblaber1956 @Pinchy63 I have tried to read some of these books. Terrible. You must, like you say, have a strong stomach. Yet, we are back at these atrocities again. Who would have thought?
