@Andii every year, around the Christian holydays, the MPV/VLC app SHOVES a friggen santa hat into my eye balls!
I AM not a Christian, in fact, i've been mistreated by the christians!
I DO NOT WANT their religious symbolism in my eye-balls - ON MY OWN COMPUTER!
MPV & VLC, are open source apps, which are used by plenty of creeds - NONE of those (-1) SHOULD be automatically subjected (around the end of the christian year) to Christian symbolism, IMHO - mine included.
MUST be opt-IN, at least!
@Andii if i may elaborate; the mpv code actively mocks everyone who dares to opt-OUT! You need to change a variable, that's called "greenandgrumpy"!
Those Christians obviously haven't learned enough lessons! (Especially here, in Germany - where i'm from/living.) They can't just take over the show! This is the EU; WE celebrate Democracy, as well as minority-protection - the state cares about EVERYONE's well-being! EDIT: well, it's supposed to; i'm driving this issue up the ladder, if i must!
