Afghanistan 🇦🇫According to reports, ten individuals have been arrested in connection with looting and four others related to theft in Bamyan province; five were apprehended in the city of Pul-e-Khumri, the center of Baghlan province, for theft and drug use; and two more were detained in Faryab province on charges of theft. 2/2
