This is not my observation, I can't find the OP of it, yet still I deem it important
The characters used I the mail are:
- 𖥞, U+1695E, Banum supplement for Cameroonian scripts.
- ꥟, U+A95F, Rejang supplement for variousl languages from Sumatra,
- ϟ, U+03DF, lowercase Greek letter koppa.
First thing one could notice is those symbols weren't chosen for their relation to Slavic culture.
Let's get out the second symbol, ꥟, out of the way. »

Can chalk up to the symbol's look.
The more controversial 𖥞 might be a reference to the kolovrot, which is taken over by neonazis. Or the Black Sun, or Broken Cross which are original Nazi creations.
But let's say for the sake for the argument those are two-three logic steps, and that's too much.
Now what two Greek koppa letters mean?
Let's say “koppa-koppa” is Greek »
« for wanking sounds. (I apologise to any Greek speakers, please bare with me.) How many people would know that? A subset of Greek speakers, who are using a given slang.
Now how many people will interpret two “koppa” as the SS insignia? Will be more of them, than that theorised Greek-speaking subgroup?
I would argue that more people will make the relation to the SS.
So this isn't even an dog whistle.
