Dear Fedi, I need your help  For my business I use Asana for certain projects. I have done this for years, but would like to switch to something European. Maybe open source, but "only" European would be great already.

I have searched on https://european-alternatives.eu/alternative-to/asana and tried everything which had a trial period. And nothing worked for what I need :~(

Because I need something that is able to make tasks and group them and put a title above each group. Help?

@sandradejong I switched to self-hosting https://kan.bn/ -- very light weight, but I found it has enough options for my projects.

@jeroen "Something more technical difficult" like self hosting is not an option for me right now, due to energy levels and health. It needs to be "ready made".

And I don't see screenshots with the grouping of tasks? The most alternatives I see look very Kanban-focussed, and I need something like in my screenshot.

@sandradejong ah goodmorning, missed the grouping of tasks. No it does not have that.

I use the boards and columns for grouping, and can drag them around, that's enough grouping for me. They do offer a hosted version.

@jorijn @jeroen I considered, but when I look at the screenshots it also looks like Kanban and not like something as in my screenshots with the vertical grouping and making headings with titels.

Vroeger heb ik ook https://activecollab.com/ nog wel eens gebruikt. Ze hebben een self-hosted variant (met licentie) die je op (bijna) ieder shared hosting PHP-pakket kwijt kan bij een Nederlandse hostingpartij.
