@link i have seen, in real life, in person, more than twice, someone paying like that. Instead of a rubberband its the card between the phone and a case.

I got the card and it's smaller than my phone. Why would I want to bring out my phone?
If you've got 4+ cards in your pocket/wallet you should probably rethink why you've got those on you at all times

@GoteerTxuria @patterfloof @link it gets more fun.. I'm in the middle of moving banks, so I have 2 personal/business debit cards at the moment - the old bank and the new bank(s), so if I need the older ones, I've got 2 more to find the room for! ;)

@GoteerTxuria @patterfloof @link Purse with multiple slots, as it also carries my nectar card, co op card, drivers licence, etc. it has slots for 10 cards (9 if you ignore the one for my drivers licence), and 3 have to carry 2 cards at the moment! I have other cards that are in other items, like my Oyster card is in it's own 2 card wallet that lives in the front of my handbag, and I used to carry a little card wallet for trade cards, but I don't use them at the moment, so it's left at home these days.

@algebraicterror @link @patterfloof wow, haven't seen that NFC antenna layout for a few years, all my "modern" ones (read, oldest issued in 2021) only go around the top half of the card. Which actually makes it easier to cut and disable
