Abstract: “In an age where physical sustenance is plentiful, humans have to be mindful of their diet and exercise. With the advent of advanced AI tools that can provide intellectual sustenance, humans – and particularly students – will similarly need to manage their intellectual diet and exercise. I will share some of my own thoughts on these topics.”
