People who purchased grapevine or citrus plants from North Bay Costco locations in April and May are told to contact their county’s agricultural commissioner’s office to schedule an inspection. The plant should be left in its original pot or container and sealed in two trash bags, one inside the other. The plants should not be relocated, transported or returned to the store.
