Tahoe what are we doin, how is system data itself taking up so much storage space that I have *negative* 127 GB of storage left, does that mean I owe Apple storage
@christianselig this has happened to me before. check your email. apple sends instructions on where to send a 128GB SD card to fix it.
@christianselig use more storage, it MUST overflow into positive at some point
@christianselig I can't wait for the beta of macOS 27. Tahoe never got out of beta so what do I have to lose.
@jblake @christianselig Yeah, this release cycle *never* stopped feeling janky as hell 😕
@christianselig you owe Tim Apple several million dollars now …
@christianselig APFS gon’ APFS 🙃
@christianselig I guess that means you can buy more SSD storage via a $4.99 / mo subscription!
@christianselig you don’t have negative space left, you’re *using* negative space. You’ve solved storage shortage!
@christianselig lol what happens when you optimize negative storage 🤔
@christianselig Wait until new betas come out, they have reserved for themself another -128GB.
@christianselig “iPhone may reserve storage space to ensure updates can be installed.”
@christianselig @zwei this is what happens when you plug in a Studio Display with 128 GB of storage you can’t use
@christianselig you’re using -128GB, you made storage by figuring out negative data! Amaze amaze amaze!
@christianselig can you do a buffer overflow and get loads of free storage
