FOSS advocates sure do, but many of us are tired of answering this question for two big reasons:
1. We were ignored and reviled when we advised our families and communities not to succumb to closed-source and customer-lock-in-focused companies;
2. We were whined at loudly that the buttons and menu names aren't the same as their favorite closed-source software. We provided alternatives for fun and as a loving service, and were rejected by losers who refuse to learn anything new.
