Today's Word is "Hyperfocal Distance". For a photo like this there are a couple options to improve Depth of Field, 1) increase the focal length, e.g., from 100mm to 200mm, 2) reduce aperture, e.g., from f/11 to f/5.6, 3) stand further back. The stonework is sharpened to the visual limit, but it could still be sharper. -Tao of Photography
ISO-200, 14mm, -33/50eV, f/4. This is cropped in as I was actually standing further back. The stonework could definitely be sharper I agree! I was focused on the horizon.
