@JimsPhotos That really captures its character. Great shot! When I was a kid, my grandmother used to say "Never trust a bird that walks," but I'll happily hang out with corvids any day of the week.

@headfirstonly @JimsPhotos pff, right! And what about kakapo, kiwis, ducks...

Guess I'd agree on geese and the big birds (ostrich, emu, rhea, cassowary for sure), though.

@noodlemaz @JimsPhotos For sure - who in their right mind is ever going to trust something that's called a "murder bird" ?

@JimsPhotos love their stride! Great photo.

We had 3 young at the top of our tree again this year. They fledged about 48h ago, I can hear one calling to its parents from next doors garden.

@stubacon thats cool. Ours nest in the tree-line opposite the house. But am yet to see this years new additions..
@JimsPhotos @stubacon We had loads of young ones in the trees out the back of our place a few weeks ago. Occasionally I saw them but that unmistakable noise was constant!
@JimsPhotos There he walks, killer of bin bags
@amro the pesky birds. Though don't have that issue, wheelie bins see to that.
@JimsPhotos Living on the sixth floor it would be nice to park a full bin bag on the balcony overnight.
My two cats? Are completely ignored or intimidated. As are bin bags with kitty litter.
Clever assholes. Fit but they know it, to quote The Streets
