NHS England made its public code repositories private by default, despite warnings from the #FreeSoftware community, including the @fsfe

@fsfe https://github.com/nhsengland has 216 public repositories, did anything actually go private?

The article I found said things would go private May 11th, so either that was aborted, or at least substantially reversed?

@fsfe Thank you for continuing to shine a light on this worrisome development. Hopefully other groups like @openuk will join in the chorus and advocacy. Perhaps the ship can yet be righted....
