The #UK government has introduced a sanctions carve-out permitting imports of diesel and jet fuel refined abroad from #Russian oil.

This is caused by increasing energy prices.

The decision applies to fuels refined in third countries (such as #India and #Turkey) and takes effect immediately for an indefinite period, subject to review.
