Nicolas MØUARTProxmox VE 9.1 is pretty stable so far, it is based on Debian, running 7.0.2 kernel. Feature rich in terms of virtualization, and so much better than ESXi 8.0U3 (disappointing, vsphere 5.5 was great).
There are based in Vienna if I understand correctly.
NB: yes you can create a VLAN interface on a bridge interface, it's Debian.
