Remember when I posted about how Comcast had suddenly raised my bill $18/month and I called and complained and they lowered it?

Well, they lied. They even sent me an email confirming the lower rate. But today they took the higher rate as their automated payment.

Corporations are all the same. They all lie, cheat, and screw us over however they can.
