It looks like our problem with #stripe transactions were initiated via our #kofi account.

Has anybody else had this problem?

We're trying to find somebody at Ko-fi who can explain or help.

Stripe closed our #charity account after 16 years with zero problems. Stripe refuses to speak with us.

Ko-fi confirms the fraud transactions initiated through their service. We've sent them reports and our communications with Stripe to research.

Ko-fi has been helpful while Stripe has been useless.
