The Dalek Time Controller is the character that made me to pay attention to every dalek tale when he's part of it.

Still thinking daleks are overused and not scary anymore. BUT, the Dalek Time Controller made them interesting again for me.

And this time.. Holy shit. Is VERY interesting. In the apocaliptic sense of the word.
