Your infographic might be working against you. I used the Suitability Assessment of Materials (SAM) to audit a public health infographic from the American Cancer Society. Three things I found worth fixing:
Irrelevant illustrations distract from the message. Passive voice hides who should act. Facts alone do not clarify what actions a reader should take.
