Also good to instill:

* "I'll call you back in a minute" — even if the call comes from a known number. Spoofing is easy; resisting this is a red flag ("they're not taking incoming calls right now" — then it isn't urgent!)

* It is extremely unlikely that a few hours delay in any situation will make a difference. You have time to check with someone else for a second opinion. Insist on it. (And again, resistance is a red flag. Set the expectation in your family ahead of time, and again if the caller resists, red flag!)

So many "AI" things are things computers have been doing for decades.
I was speaking to somebody the other day who was so impressed their phone "AI" could tell them what song was playing on the radio.

AI is not inherently bad, but as currently rushed, implemented by profit centric Capitalist power entities, it’s just another means to increase profits, disenfranchise people, and offer a lesser standard to pocket the extra profits. This is after talking municipalities into give tax breaks, and degrading, stressing our environment using vital resources (water for one) with multiple competing, onerous data centers.
