@timkmak so is NATO disappointed or is the US disappointed? Because so far I haven't seen any other NATO country that said anything like that.

(Also what the fuck? NATO is and was a defensive alliance, the only time that anyone ever requested aid was the US after 9/11, and their partners reacted! Did some people get the wrong impression that meant they were supposed to be at the USA's beck and call?!)

There was no NATO request - Article 5 wasn’t triggered and when NATO intervened in the Balkans the US, UK etc put the effort in to secure an agreement, something that’s beyond the current US administration. It’s a defensive alliance.

The US govt can be frustrated with the European EU and non-EU members refusing to support their illegal war and war crimes, but they don’t have agreements that have been broken. They aren’t vassal states to God-Emperor Trump.
