Morning Mastodonians!

I haven’t done one of these in quite a while. Recently, I haven’t even been doing my 750 words. I’ve been too depressed at the #Boston sports scene. The Bruins went 0-3 at home in the playoffs and called it a season after a very lackluster game six. The Red Sox are a complete dumpster fire. And I am melancholy about the Celtics blowing a 3-1 lead, and I don’t even like basketball. At least the Fleet are still in the playoffs.

I had a very busy weekend working in the front yard. We made finishing it a focus, and we did. I’ll wait until the grass fills in a little more before sending a picture. Yesterday I pressure-washed the walkway and spread red mulch on the gardens – two of my very favorite yard chores. I’m not sure why I find spreading mulch to be so satisfying. I got 15,000 steps on Saturday and 12,000 steps on Sunday.
Nothing nearly so ambitious planned for #Today. I have a few yard-pickup things to do. And it looks like one of the nicest weather days of spring so far, where it’ll even get warm. Yesterday was so cold with a freezing breeze off the ocean. I will take the dogs for a walk. Tonight,@revmem and I will have to figure out what to watch. We have a couple of three-hour movies left on our New York Times list, but it doesn’t seem possible to watch them at night.
Working in the #SaltMine has been OK. My time allocation is still a little screwed up, as the project with the smallest allocation is the one I have the most to do on. Working on multiple projects is nice, but it can get confusing when you’re trying to figure out which project to work on and how to charge for it. But I do like working on multiple things at once.
