First post, first ever reverse sear

First time doing a reverse sear, was hitting a medium but I overshot it and got medium-well done but it still hit the right spot! Was to eager to taste it so I forgot to take some nice pictures but I think these will do, haha. Paired it with a potatoe gratin with Comté cheese. [...]
