David Wilkins

Today, another pre-Jaguar era Daimler, the DE36 Limousine. While Daimler would later bring its lightweight V8 into the Jaguar family, the DE36 is notable for having a rare in-line eight-cylinder engine, in fact the last straight eight fitted to a British car. This 1954 car lives at The Great British Car Journey, and is the final DE36 made.

Reminds me of my GP. Very bombastic and grand but caring. He generally prescribed whisky. Not Johnnie Walker, obviously.
